4. Appearance: From his slender frame and delicate features, at first glance, it is easy to assume that Hizaki is a woman, as his title of "Princess" suggests. With his full lips and large, expressive eyes that are framed by eyelashes longer and thicker than many women's, he is striking, and the effect is only emphasised by the eyeliner that he typically wears. He is, in fact, the shortest of the League, by only an inch or two. Though his eyes can essentially be described as 'brown', the exact shade seems to change slightly depending on lighting conditions and his mood, going from almost black when he is upset or angry, to a warm coffee-brown with flecks of gold in bright light or when he is particularly happy. At times, they can even appear to be a pale, silvery green, though this is due to the slight shape-shifting ability that Descendants of the Rose possess. His pale skin and long hair, typically ash-blonde and usually worn in a variety of intricate styles can, in the right light, make him seem ethereal - or even ghostly. As far as clothing goes, he tends towards red and gold, and occasionally white, and favours rose adornments in his hair.
5. Personality Though his soft-spoken mannerisms and impeccable conduct when he is required to act upon ceremony can sometimes make him seem merely ornamental, they hide an iron will. At times, he almost seems to have two different personalities entirely - the gentle "princess", and the strong-minded ruler. He is not afriad of dishing out punishment if necessary and does not shy away from a challenge. When he is not required to act with great dignity, he is generally quite energetic, and has an inner vibrancy that fills him with ongoing energy and inspiration, the latter of which he is more than willing to share with others. He has no problem with being the centre of attention, though he is quick to push others into the spotlight if he feels that they deserve it.
Quietly intelligent, he can be a master manipulator when it is necessary, though he prefers to use more direct means when possible. He also has the ability to judge and discern impartially. He is a quick thinker and highly perceptive, and, as such, he can cut through the noise and confusion to get straight to the point. 6. Bio: Having always been destined to become the 'princess' of the League, Hizaki was sent as an early age to an academy in Asoko to learn everything that he would need to know. It was here that he (very briefly) met the younger Kaya, also a future 'princess'.
In Asoko, Hizaki very quickly learned to be ladylike and graceful, taking to it much like a duck to water, though no amount of training could have quashed his strong-minded personality. He would willingly do something until it bored him, and then no more, and often warred with the tutors about many things, even running rings around some of the slower ones with his quick wit and sharp tongue. One of the few things that he would happily sit and do for hours on end with no argument was music - though more often than not he would put his own personal twist on it, something that he music tutor quickly learned to tolerate at worst and even enjoy at best.
He also discovered his powers of prophecy at a young age, and, despite finding the visions frightening at first, quickly learned to embrace them, learning everything he could about the gift. Nowadays, though the visions still sometimes come without warning, he is able to recognise the signs much more easily, and at times they arrive to conveniently to answer a question that he or others have posed that is almost seems as if he has willed himself into having one.
Shortly after his fifteenth birthday, Hizaki returned to Ryakon to be married to Yuji Kamijo. Though both are strong-minded, a source of many arguments, Hizaki quickly found himself in love with his husband, and enjoys his place as one of the leaders of both Ryakon and the League of Versailles. His intuitive sense of what makes people tick makes him a good leader, and due to his years of experience, he can nearly always find a solution to difficult problems, even, wherever possible, finding a compromise tha will make both parties happy - which isn't to say that he isn't ruthless when he needs to be.
Though the 'Princess' Kaya was initially thought to marry Teruvel Aep Shiadal as part of the pact that would seal the alliance between Ryakon and Clow in the upcoming war against Asoko, Hizaki's gift of Prophecy allowed him to see something that disturbed him greatly, setting him against this idea. Instead, he suggested that Kaya marry Yukihara Sanada. What is to come from such a union, even Hizaki himself does not know. Only time will tell.
